What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

For our wedding, we kindly request Formal Black Tie attire only. Gentlemen, please wear a tuxedo with a black bowtie. Ladies, a ball gown is perfect. We look forward to seeing everyone in their finest attire.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your children, we have decided to make our big weekend an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding! The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

What airport should we fly into?

Answer

The main airport is Miami International Airport (MIA) and is an 18 minute drive to The Biltmore Hotel. It’s one of the busiest airports in the country, and is serviced by most airlines. The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is about an hour away.

How can we get around once in the city?

Answer

Once you’re in the city, Uber, and Lyft are all accessible in the airport. You may also rent-a-car at the airport.

What time can I check in & check out at The Biltmore?

Answer

Check in is 4:00 pm, early arrivals are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Check out is at noon, late check outs are subject to availability and not guaranteed. If the room is not available before arrival or after check-out, you may still enjoy the property and leave the luggage with concierge.

Is there any shopping at The Biltmore?

In the lower lobby, of the Biltmore Hotel, you will find shops offering everything from specialty gift items and clothing to sundry products and premium cigars. Biltmore gift cards are available and can be used in all hotel outlets. There are wonderful shopping malls near The Biltmore, information provided under the "Things To Do" tab. You can also visit the Concierge at The Biltmore for additional information.

Are the wedding festivities at different locations?

All our wedding festivities on Saturday, May 23, 2026 will take place at The Biltmore, Miami, Coral Gables. The ceremony starts promptly at 6:30 PM (EST).

The Biltmore offers tennis and golf year-round, with seasonal clinics for junior players. The hotel’s major attraction is the colossal pool, the largest of its kind in the continental United States. The Biltmore has a Spa. Is there a Fitness Center at The Biltmore?

The Biltmore Fitness Center, named by Men’s Fitness and Men’s Health as one of the top 10 hotel fitness centers in the US, allows guests to maintain their fitness regimen while traveling. The 10,000 sq. ft. gym features more than 70 equipment pieces — including treadmills, recumbent bikes, stair climbers, arc trainers, cross training machines, weight machines, weight plates and dumbbells; sauna, steam and locker rooms. A wide variety of fitness and aquatics classes are offered throughout the week.

What is there to do in Coral Gables?

Coral Gables, known as “The City Beautiful,” is a small, sophisticated city with many big-city amenities. These include golf courses, parks, boating facilities, botanical gardens, art galleries, live theater, tennis centers, Canoeing Coral Gables Waterways, Coral Gables museum, Fairchild Gardens, Miami EcoAdventures, walking tour, Venetian Pools, Miracle Mile shopping center and the Village of Merrick Park mall. Free Trolley transportation (Monday - Saturday). Coral Gables is also known as South Florida’s fine dining capital with more than 100 outstanding restaurants, many with regional and national recognition.
