What should I do if I made a hotel reservation for the Embassy Suites in June?

All rooms booked through the our hotel block code will be cancelled, no need to worry!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

New invitations will be sent out closer to the wedding date. Please follow the instructions listed on the new invitation. If you have any questions, feel free to email or text Kenzie.

What if I am having trouble RSVPing online?

Answer

If you are having trouble RSVPing on the website, just email Kenzie at memogridge@gmail.com with the number attending and names of the guests and she will do it for you!

What if I already RSVPed before the date was changed?

Answer

We are going to keep the RSVPs submitted online ONLY. Please RSVP once you receive a new invitation, even if you have RSVPed for one of our previous wedding dates.

How do I make a reservation for the new room blocks?

Answer

You can use the code provided to book a room online through the hotel website, or call the hotel directly if you have difficulty online!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love kids, we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! So book a babysitter and come celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to restrictions with COVID, we have not been able to invite as many guests as we had originally hoped. If your invitation says "and guest" then absolutely feel free to bring a guest! If not, unfortunately we don't have room for you to bring a guest. Thanks for your understanding!

Cocktail attire, no jeans please!

What if I do not receive an invitation?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to covid, we were forced to change our wedding venue. The new venue has a smaller capacity than our original venue, so we had to make the decision to downsize our guest list. We wish we could extend an invitation to everyone, but we appreciate your understanding.
