Question

What happens if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by June 15, 2025, you will be marked as not attending. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we need to provide our total guest count to our vendors in a timely manner. We will not accept late RSVPs, thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

Short answer - children are NOT invited to any of the wedding day events. We love our young friends, but the wedding is an adult only event - date night woohoo! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you're able to fully celebrate with us. We're excited to see them at other family gatherings or at another point during the week (welcome party, beach, etc)! ☺

Who's invited to the Welcome Party?

Answer

All guests invited to the wedding are invited to the Welcome Party. This is a child friendly event should parents choose to bring their kids to Wilmington for the weekend. Our Welcome Party theme is "Something Blue"! Guests are encouraged to wear something blue to be our something blue! See our "Schedule" tab for more details.

Is there a dress code and/or color scheme for the wedding?

Answer

YES! The formality of the wedding is sunset palette cocktail attire. Guests are highly encouraged to dress to theme! The ceremony is outdoors, keep this in mind when deciding shoes. For the ladies - long dresses in sunset colors are highly encouraged! We kindly request that white be reserved for the bride. For the gents - lighter colored suits with ties are highly encouraged! What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony starts at 5:30PM. Please arrive 30 minutes (5PM) prior to the start. If you are late, the show will go on without you! You will be held in the cocktail hour area, and we'll see you after the ceremony!

Can I have my phone out for pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Upon ceremony start, all electronics are to be silenced and put away. There will be a specific cue from our officiant to let everyone take their aisle picture of us! After that cue, please turn off all phones to be fully immersed in our unplugged ceremony. This is the only time we will have all of our most cherished people with us at one time, be in the moment with us!

Dinner...I'm confused...

Answer

We are excited to have a "Station Style" dinner of all of our favorite foods for our wedding! Think buffet meets food truck/cocktail reception. There are 3 station options: 1) Asian Persuasion Station 2) Street Tacos 3) Sliders All three will be served but please RSVP with your favorite cuisine so we know how much of each to request from the caterer!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

YES! We love a good spicy marg amongst other drinks! Be prepared for a great night with an open bar! Non-alcholic drink options will also be available. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please bring only the guests listed on your invitation. As fun as our wedding is going to be, it is not a first date function!

Question

Will there be parking at the venue? And/or overnight parking?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking on site. & Yes to overnight parking, just need to get your vehicle no later than 10:30AM the next day!
