Arrivals and hang out on property

Please feel free to arrive at whatever time suits you/your plans! Come check-in with us in the Barn when you get there and we'll show you around and take you to your room. The Lodge basement (game room), Hearth Deck, Pond Pavilion, Lawn, Tent and Barn will all be available for hanging and recreating. The main floor of the Lodge will be occupied as we prepare for the Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, and Welcome Party.
Welcome Wiffle Ball
12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Attire: Athletic. Please do wear appropriate footwear so that your feet can still hit the dance floor on Saturday!
One of our favorite Brooklyn pastimes (special thanks to League Commissioner Sid). If you're around, we hope you'll consider joining us for a casual game. The stakes are at an all-time low, but feats of moderate athleticism and impassioned disputes around close calls are both likely occurrences. Folks are welcome to come and go as they please! We'll have some pizza available around 1 pm (guests should indicate in their RSVP if they want to join for pizza on Friday).
Welcome Party

We're excited to officially welcome everyone during a casual evening of music, games, and light refreshments. Please feel free to drop-in as you wish.

Wedding
5:30 pm - 11:45 pm
Attire: Cocktail/Semi-Formal. We welcome you to wear whatever you're most comfortable in and makes you feel your best. Weather permitting, the ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors (no grass!) so please dress accordingly.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres served in the Lodge.
Reception
7:00 pm
We will convene in the tent to kick off the party around 7 pm. A buffet-style dinner will be served around 7:15 pm and then we will move into the Barn to dance ourselves dizzy to a set from our band and dear friends Jive Mother Mary (give or take a brother/best man). Once the dance floor has opened, guests are welcome to explore the entire Barn at Valhalla property at their will. We have the venue all weekend long, so we will continue to hang out well into the evening. Please come and go as you please. Areas and activities available include: - The Barn for music and dancing - The Lodge with the Guest Quilt (that we hope everyone will contribute to!) - The Game Room in the basement of the Lodge with pool, darts, poker, foosball, and other games - The Hearth Deck with lounge areas by the fire - The Pond Pavilion for stargazing and a quiet area

Bites & Goodbyes

Share a bite with us before hitting the road! The venue must be cleared by 12 pm sharp, so we will be available for goodbyes until around 11 am and then be on the move to get up and out by 12 pm.
