This event will take place outside. Be mindful of cooler temps at night, bugs and the possibility of rain. This is a casual event so please do not feel the need to wear your finest clothes. There will be lots of food, drinks and lawn games. The meal served will be Italian themed so bring a good appetite and a love of gluten. If you are gluten free, please let us know when you RSVP!
Shuttles will be taking you to and from the welcome dinner. Shuttles will begin at 6:30 pm from the Fiddler Lake Resort and run throughout until 10 pm.
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Garden Attire: Sundresses & light suits/jackets. It could be HOT so be prepared to sit outside during the ceremony! Also, we want you to be able to dance so wear your best dancing shoes and "mobile" dresses and pants/jackets. We will have a tent for rain.
There will not be parking available at the ceremony. Shuttles will begin taking guests from Fiddler Lake to the ceremony at 3 pm! After the ceremony we invite you to stick around for photos and a champagne toast before shuttles begin taking guests back to Fiddler Lake for the reception at 4:30 pm.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Once the wedding ceremony and champagne toast have finished, shuttles will begin taking guests back to Fiddler Lake at 4:30 pm. After this there will be a cocktail hour with light snacks. Following the cocktail hour speeches will begin before the buffet dinner is kicked off at 7 pm. Dancing will follow the dinner.
