We matched on Bumble and Kaylee had 24 hours to make the first move. Thank God she remember at the 23rd hour. Our first date we meet at Strictly Organic in the Old Mill, walked the river trail and talked the entire way. One date/adventure led to another, which eventually developed into taking things eight days at a time.

During a conversation we had early on in our relationship, Kaylee said lets take things "Eight Days at a Time". We laughed and decided that this is what we will say to each other as a reminder to live in the moment and take it one day at a time.

On September 25th Michael took Kaylee back to where it all started in the Old Mill. He recreated their first date, starting at Strictly Organic. To no surprise Kaylee was petting a dog when she "casually" ran into her best friend Mallory. Michael and Mal had operation put a ring on Kaylee's finger planned for some time. Kaylee of course invited Mallory on our walk. Little did she know Mallory was planning on photographing this special day. When we got to the bridge at the top of the river trail that is where he proposed. Kaylee said YES! YES! YES! while doing a happy dance.
