Please bring your own flashlights and park on Birch Tree Ln. Stand next to your car with your flashlights (or inside). Matt & Katie will parade down Birch Tree ln at 8:30pm. We will start at the intersection of Hawthrorn/Birch Tree and end at the intersection on Birch Tree/Buttermilk

St. Mary's is not air conditioned. Please plan ahead as August temps are warm. There are fans in the church.
St Mary's main entrance is on Merrill Avenue. Please note that Merrill is a one way street and parking is located around the back.
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Cocktail hour will be in and outside the main ballroom of the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center. Feel free to mingle outside the ballroom at the high tops or find your name and bring it to your table inside the ballroom. Cocktail hour is an open bar.
Dinner

Dinner will be in the ballroom of the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center. If you have dietary restrictions please be sure to let us know via RSVP or another form of communication (preferably not carrier pigeon or smoke signal- and we don't know morse code... sorry!)
