https://www.grandsierraresort.com/ We strongly recommend guests stay at the GSR, as this is where all events for our wedding are with the exception of the wedding ceremony. We do have a room block available with discounted rates that you can book before 5/26/2026. There are a limited number of rooms available in the room block, so we encourage you to book early. If there are no more rooms available in the room block, please contact one of us and we should be able to add additional rooms. You can book online at: https://book.passkey.com/go/gsrTDUN OR By calling the GSR Reservations Department at 1-800-648-5080 and provide the Group Res ID, which is “TDUN”. No matter where you stay, we strongly recommend you book early as the Reno Rodeo is in town that weekend and hotel rates are unlikely to drop.
Travel Note
It is a 5-10 minute drive between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and the GSR, which provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Their website lists the following: Shuttle service is for Hotel Guests only. Guests will receive an Airport Shuttle Pass at check-in for the return trip to the airport. Departure from Grand Sierra Resort The shuttle departs the resort every 30 minutes, from 4:30am to 12:00am. Pick up located by the front desk in the port-cochere Departure from Reno-Tahoe international Airport The shuttle departs the airport every 30 minutes, from 4:45am to 12:15am. Pick up is from the exit located at the far end of baggage claim area.
