The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino in Reno, NV https://www.grandsierraresort.com/ We strongly recommend guests stay at the GSR, as this is where all events for our wedding are with the exception of the wedding ceremony. We do have a room block available with discounted rates that you can book before 5/26/2026. There are a limited number of rooms available in the room block, so we encourage you to book early. If there are no more rooms available in the room block, please contact one of us and we should be able to add additional rooms. No matter where you stay, we strongly recommend you book early as the Reno Rodeo is in town that weekend and hotel rates are unlikely to drop.
We will be providing transportation to all wedding-related events, so car rentals are not necessary. For those that wish to explore the greater Reno/Tahoe area, we recommend renting a car from the RNO airport.
Shuttle buses will be located at the MAIN ENTRANCE of the Grand Sierra Resort. Loading will start at 1:45pm and the buses will depart for Cornerstone Community Church at 2:00pm on Saturday, June 27, 2026. The buses will return to the GSR directly after the ceremony.

No, there are no wedding events prior to Friday, June 26. However, Dave and MJ will be arriving at the GSR on Thursday, June 25, so if you are checking in on Thursday, feel free to reach out as soon as you are settled in as we would love to spend extra time with you!
