We ask that guests arrive no later than 2:40 PM. The chair lift will be shut down as soon as the bridal party reaches the top and guests at the bottom of the mountain will miss the duration of the ceremony. Please be punctual - we want you there with us!
Cocktail Attire: Men are encouraged to wear suits or slacks with a collared shirt and tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, suits, or separates. Please, no white or jeans.
As much as we love your little ones, we have chosen to host an adult only wedding. We hope you enjoy your child free date night!
If your invitation is addressed to you and a guest, then yes! If it is addressed exclusively to you, we ask that you come alone.
A shuttle will be available to pick up guests from the Winwood Inn and bring them to Windham Mountain. This shuttle will also return the guests to the Winwood Inn at the conclusion of the reception. The shuttle service will begin at 1:30 PM and the last pick up time will be 2:30 PM. The shuttle service will resume again at the end of the night - beginning at 9:00 and ending at around 10:00. Guests can also drive themselves to the venue as parking is free and plentiful. Vehicles are permitted to be left overnight if guests have alternative transportation the night of the wedding and they are able to return to Windham Mountain to pick up their vehicle in the morning.
We request that you please refrain from taking photos and/or videos during the ceremony so that you are fully present in that moment with us. We have hired amazing photographers and a videographer to capture us and our guests (rather than the backs and fronts of phones). However, there will be an announced photo minute at the end of the ceremony where you can take as many pictures as you'd like.
We have chosen to host a descending bar. Essentially, the bar will be "open" until our descending bar tab threshold is met - at that point it will turn into a cash bar; credit cards will also be accepted.
Please review the meal options when you RSVP - if you have any dietary questions or needs, please let us know in the text box prior to the submission of your RSVP.
The after party will be held at Tavern 23 upon the conclusion of the reception. We have access to the entire inside, as well as the fire tables outside. Any and all wedding guests wishing to continue the celebration with the new Mr. & Mrs. Rosenbarker are invited and encouraged to attend - we'd truly love to see you there! Guests may take the shuttle from the reception to the after party. However, if you are not staying at the Winwood Inn (attached to the Tavern - located on the same property), you will be responsible for finding your own transportation back to your accommodations. With about an hour in between the conclusion of the reception and the start of the after party, guests are encouraged to change their attire, if needed/desired, as the after party will be a bit more casual and relaxed.
We'd like to take this time to ask that you please download The Guest app on your iPhone or Android. It's free and takes minutes to set up. It's seemingly effortless once you've set it up - there's no need to use a hashtag, manually upload, text or hassle friends/family to email said pictures to you! You can use the camera on your cell phone to take as many pictures as you'd like while they're all automatically uploaded to a gallery for our viewing. We'd love to be able to share beautiful photos of our wedding day in the days after our day and our photographer will need 4-6 weeks to edit and release them. Therefore, we'd love to have access to all of your photos to relive our day while we wait!
