When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, 2025. You can do this through our website, by mailing back the included RSVP card, or you can call/text Marina Best at 330-979-9963.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation did not indicate a guest, please do not plan to bring one.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our theme is sunset garden party so color is encouraged :) We request that you follow semi-formal attire (tuxes & gowns are welcome, and so are suits & cocktail dresses, but think light pastel hues, khaki pants, airy fabrics and floral prints). Please, no white dresses nor jumpsuits. The ceremony is located outside so dress accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 3:30pm to ensure enough time for parking and finding seats. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is on-site parking available at the venue.

Is the ceremony & reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes. They will both take place at The Place at 534.

Anything I should know about the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. It will be located outside (weather-permitting) at the venue. Our ceremony will be unplugged: we invite you to be fully present with us and request that all devices, phones, and cameras are turned off turning the ceremony. (Don't worry, there will be plenty of photo opportunities afterwards!)

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is not allowed at our venue. There is a designated smoking area if you need to smoke.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, this will be an open bar. We ask that all guests drink responsibly. There will be nonalcoholic beverages available as well.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors. The reception will take place indoors (which is air-conditioned). The dancing will take place outdoors. Depending on the weather, we do have a back up plan.

What kind of food will be served?

Answer

We'll be serving ***hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet-style dinner with a selection of either chicken francese or braised beef short ribs. Salmon will also be available, as well as pasta and salad.

Where should I bring/send a wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, please visit our registry at https://www.zola.com/wedding/mitchellandfariha/registry. A wedding card box will also be at our reception.
