We both started working at Scheels in Overland Park, KS in 2022. Mitchel works in golf, and Ellie works in women’s fashion. After knowing each other for over a year we eventually started talking. Mitchel learned of Ellie’s coffee obsession and browsed coffee shops in the Kansas City area to send her as a way to get her to talk to him. It worked:) Mitchel came to a Trosky Thanksgiving and survived, haha! Our shared love for Jesus sealed the deal and from there we officially started dating in December of 2023. We got engaged in July 2024 and now we will be getting married in April of 2025!
