The Bride and Groom kindly ask that you wear semi-formal attire. For Men: please wear a button down shirt and dress pants at a minimum. A jacket is preferred but not required. For Women: While the reception will be at the Rowing Club Building, the ceremony will be on the beach, so it is suggested that you wear flats or expect to go barefoot during the ceremony.
May 1st, 2024. If we do not receive responses by this date, we will mark you as not attending and send out additional invitations.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have any designated parking, but there is ample public street parking in the area. As the wedding is on a weekend in the summer, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to find a space, or Uber if you are able.
Due to noise ordinance, we have to be out of the venue by 10:30
The wedding will take place in Mission Bay, San Diego where many of the homes in the area are for rent. It will likely be cheaper and more convenient to rent a home instead of staying at a hotel.
Arrive at the Venue by 3:30pm in order to deal with any potential parking issues, or 3:45pm if taking an Uber. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.
The Ceremony, Cocktail hour, and Reception will all take place at the same Venue and will all be outdoors.
Due to the very limited size of the venue, we cannot have additional plus ones or children in attendance if they have not been identified on your invitation.
We will be catering Mexican food from a local vendor. The food will include a variety of tacos and appetizers. While we cannot guarantee any accommodations for allergies, if you notify us, we will try out best to accommodate.
The reception will have an open bar with limited selection. Drinks will include Beer, Seltzers, Tequila, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Wine and Whiskey. We will also have non-alcoholic drinks.
This information can be found in the travel section.
Officially there is no after party, and we have to be completely out of the venue by 10:30pm. But the venue is next to a public beach so you can party and sleep there.
