Join us for drinks at one of our favorite local breweries! Tell the host you're here for the Gasparovic-Abbott welcome party, and they'll lead you to the event space at the back of the restaurant. If you want to grab dinner before the welcome party, head to our "Exploring Charlotte" page for a few great options that are walking distance to Heist Brewery in NoDa, or enjoy dinner in the Heist taproom (the beer cheese is a must!). Heist Brewery has a parking lot but we recommend using Uber or the Light Rail. Your first beer is on us! :) *Please note that this event is fully indoors.

Ceremony & Reception

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Guests should begin arriving at 5:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Cars will not be allowed through the gate once the ceremony begins. Parking is available at Alexander Homestead, but we strongly recommend using Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue! It is a short 15-minute drive from your hotel. No photos during the ceremony, please! Our photographer has it covered :) *Our ceremony space is outdoors and our reception space is in an indoor/outdoor space.
