Flight
Vancouver International Airport (YVR) or Abbotsford International Airport (YXX)
There are two main airports in the lower mainland, Vancouver (YVR) or Abbotsford (YXX). Both are great options; timing to get to the venue depends on traffic, especially during the work week and rush hour. Abbotsford is closer, so will likely be a cheaper Uber/taxi. Rental vehicles should be available at either airport. Public transit is available but timing is inconvenient, so we recommend sharing an Uber or Lyft. YVR is ~45 minutes or 50km from the venue. YXX is ~25 minutes or 30km from the venue.

We have a hotel block at the Best Western Langley. It is not the closest hotel to the venue, but the closest hotels (Sandman, Holiday Inn) refused to offer us a block because apparently there's a big soccer thing happening a few days before. We will leave it up to you to decide if you want to join the block, choose a closer hotel, or find a vrbo/airbnb or sofa to crash on.

Best Western Plus Langley Inn
Book online via the link or call their Toll-Free Reservations line at 1-888-530-9311 and mention the group name “Tataryn/Dornblut Wedding”. Rates are $289/night/room for Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11. Reservations must be made prior to June 10, 2026 to ensure the rate. This hotel is 10-15 minute drive from the venue.

Sandman Signature Langley Hotel
This hotel is the closest to the venue - 4 minute drive / 25 minute walk (1.7km). It is also close to a brewery, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. so if it fits your budget it would likely be the easiest option. Moxies is attached to the hotel.

4 minute drive / 30 minute walk from the venue. Also close by, but the older of the two Sandman hotels, and on the other side of the highway.

5 minute drive / 35 minute walk to the venue. Close by and walkable if you're ambitious; on the other side of the highway.

Coast Langley City Hotel & Convention Centre
This hotel is closest to where Mitch and I live, which is a ~15 minute drive from the venue. It also has a casino, if that tickles your fancy.
Travel Note
Airbnb / Vrbo
BC has introduced rules that restrict short-term rentals, which has limited the availability of Airbnb or Vrbo options. However, there are still a few out there if you prefer them over hotels.
