Round trip transportation will be provided from the Golden Nugget Hotel up the mountain to the wedding venue. Shuttle pickup time from Golden Nugget to venue: 2:45pm MST First shuttle departure from venue to Golden Nugget: 8:00pm MST Second shuttle departure from venue to Golden Nugget: 9:00pm MST You're also welcome to drive yourself to and from the venue, but please keep in mind that 4WD is required and there is a capacity of 17 vehicles allowed on site. If you plan on doing this, please let us know so we can plan accordingly with the transportation vendor.

Directions to the Venue

Rhize is a unique location that doesn't have a physical address - just coordinates. For those who plan on driving, below are detailed directions provided by our venue to ensure you make it there on the first try. Please make sure to keep these copied/on hand because service gets spotty on the way to our venue, and you will lose service if using Google or Apple maps alone. Coordinates 38°45'08.5"N 105°04'41.8"W From Colorado Springs take HWY 24 through Woodland Park to Divide. Then take Hwy 67 South out of Divide toward Cripple Creek. It's about 13 miles to the Highway 81 turnoff (it's a left off of Hwy 67). Then it's about 3 miles to the Gold Camp Road/CR8 turn. Take a left onto CR8 (if you miss that turn you'll end up in Victor). From the turn off it's just over 2 miles (there are mile marker signs) on your left to turn into the private property. You'll see an electric pole on your left with a bunch of residents name signs. RHIZE wood sign is about in the middle. There is also a metal gate that may be open or it might be closed. Turn left through the gate. Once you turn in, you'll see a small building (Tack Shack) ahead. It's a quick left turn up the hill there (you will pass the Tack Shack on your right as you head up) to the cattle guard gate. Go about 3/4 mile up past a small cabin (with a bunch of junk outside). The property will be the first driveway on your left after passing this cabin (you’ll see a green bunk house on your right). Look for a round RHIZE sign in a big evergreen tree, that's the driveway. When you get on the property you'll come to a fork in the road. Stay right and head up the hill to the WELCOME space where you will park and be greeted by the Rhize staff.

Colorado Springs is the closest airport to our hotel and venue. Denver International Airport is still an option, but please note that this is a 2.5 hour drive to the recommended hotel. Colorado Springs Airport (COS): 75 minutes away Denver International Airport (DEN): 2.5 hours away
