Question

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

We request that guests please RSVP within our website by June 1st, 2024.

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you! The ceremony at Rhize will begin at 4pm MST. If you are driving yourself, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early as it will take some time to park and navigate the grounds toward the ceremony area. If you are using the provided transportation from the Golden Nugget hotel, the shuttle will be departing from the hotel at 2:45pm MST.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We don't have a formal dress code, and encourage you to wear something that you feel great (and comfortable) in! Our venue is a bit off the beaten path and mostly outdoors, so please keep this in mind when picking out your attire. A few tips: -Layers are ideal given that weather can be a bit unpredictable up in the mountains, so consider that temperature may drop throughout the event, especially when the sun goes down. -The terrain will vary (gravel, dirt, etc.), so this probably isn't the best time to break out your favorite stilettos. If you're thinking about wearing heels, your best bet would be a comfy pair with a thicker heel.

Question

What does the timeline look like?

Answer

Here's a rough outline of the day's events: 4pm-4:30pm MST: Ceremony at the Eagle's Nest 4:30-5:45pm MST: Picture time! Once guests have finished with family pictures, feel free to explore the venue grounds and play some games like axe throwing, giant Jenga, cornhole and more while the bride and groom finish their pictures. Beer, wine and appetizers will be served as well. 6:00pm MST: Dinner at the Barn 7:00pm MST: Cake cutting and dessert 7:15pm MST: First dances 7:45pm MST: Head to the Ridge to hang by the fire pit for s'mores and popcorn 8:00pm MST: First shuttle departs to the Golden Nugget Hotel. 9:00pm MST: Time for goodbyes! If you did not drive yourself, the final shuttle will depart at 9pm en route to the Golden Nugget hotel.

Question

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We've got the photos covered! We ask that you please keep your phones silenced and tucked away during the ceremony. Your presence means the world to us. Thank you!

Question

If I'm driving myself, what should I keep in mind?

Answer

Some tips for those who plan to drive to and from the venue: -Ensure the car you are renting is 4WD or AWD, as the last ~10 minutes of the drive to the venue is on rough dirt road through the mountain. -If possible, plan to carpool with others in your family or group. There are 15-17 parking spots at the venue, so this helps to both ensure there are enough spaces for all and to minimize wear and tear on the roads. -Gold Camp Road (the road up to the venue) is a county-maintained dirt/gravel road, so make sure you're comfortable with mountain driving and a bit of a bumpy ride! -IMPORTANT: please make sure to screenshot the directions as 1) service can be spotty, and 2) Google Maps may take you down some funky roads that aren't necessarily the best route.
