FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All guests must reply by June 30, 2019.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available free of charge in the Multnomah Athletic Club lot behind the Zion Lutheran Church. As both the ceremony and reception venues are in the same area, there is no need to move your car once parked for the event!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite formal attire! Men should wear: A suit and tie. Women should wear: Formal cocktail attire, a long evening dress, or a dressy suit. Military members may wear their uniforms. Both our ceremony and reception venues will be indoors and equipped with air conditioning for your comfort in potential summer heat.

Question

Can children come to the wedding?

Answer

Excepting our ringbearers, we politely request no children under 13 attend. As much as we love kids, we wish to give all our guests the opportunity to enjoy the festivities without having to worry about little eyes and ears.

Question

What are your transportation recommendations?

Answer

If you are flying in for the wedding, the nearest airport is PDX (Portland International Airport.) From there you can hop on the MAX (Metropolitan Area Express) which is a Light Rail connecting several stops within the city, as well as a Beaverton or Gresham station near the families of the bride and groom. MAX Light Rail runs every 15 minutes or better most of the day, every day. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In an effort to keep our guest count trackable, we politely request that only those listed on the invitation attend.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit tab labeled "Accommodations" for more details.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer
