Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 30 minutes (3:30pm) before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of mocktail hour to enter the venue.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
We'd love to see you get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is formal attire and we ask that all guests please wear dark tones. Ladies: Dark toned long formal or cocktail dresses (The bride suggests dark jewel tones like burgundy, navy blue, dark green or black). Men: tuxes or suits and ties or bowties (Men can also follow the previous color suggestions or wear a classic all black tux, along with a jewel toned necktie or bowtie if they desire.) *Please no jeans/denim pants
In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
Yes! There is room for plenty of vehicles.
Tampa is a bit chilly in November so bring a light jacket for the evening.
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we will be having an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in this special moment alongside us! Our professional photographers will be capturing all the highlights. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
