What is this venue?
Answer
Worthington Vineyard & Winery has become one of our favorite local spots. It is located on beautiful, expansive grounds that are a balanced combo of farmland, woodsy and on the edge of a beautiful pond. There is lots of nature to enjoy and the main walkways are well-lit after dark. Our ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be held on a covered bridge. During the unscheduled time you will also be free to wander the grounds, and there are many seating areas throughout the property as well as fire pits and grassy areas. We will be serving the excellent wines from the vineyard.

6:00 pm - wedding ceremony, feel free to arrive as early as 5:30 6:30 pm - wedding party photos, guest champagne and charcuterie on covered bridge 7:00 - 9:00 pm - gourmet taco trucks and wine service available (wine service until 10pm) 7:30 pm - brief wedding speeches and announcements 8:00 - 10:00 pm - face painters available 8:00 - 11:00 pm - dancing and revelry, with DJing provided by Ryan Cook Music

Is there a theme?
Answer
There is not a "theme" officially to this wedding, however we feel that the vibe and the charm of our venue align with the magic that we experience in our relationship and in the world, and we will provide our guests with the opportunity to "transform" into fae folk over the course of the evening. We will have two professional face painters available who specialize in adult cosplay, who can add touches of whimsy to anyone who is interested, and we will also have face paint available to anyone who would like to do their own. Adults and children all welcome to participate! The reception will end with a brief procession around the courtyard. And don't worry, make-up remover will also be provided at the end of the night!

What should we wear?
Answer
Feel free to dress anywhere from semi-formal to formal as you are comfortable, keeping in mind that you may want to roam the grassy or gravel pathways. If you feel inspired, add a touch of fae or whimsy to your wedding attire.

Are there goats?
Answer
Funny you should ask! There are goats in a penned area and the venue has said they can make feed available so that we can visit with them. The bride is very excited for pictures of her in her wedding dress, with goats.
