Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

We recommend you to arrive in the Tuscany region by Friday, September 4th. This will allow you to settle in at the Resort prior to the weekend kicking off. As a reminder, our events will be from Friday September 4th through Sunday September 6th. All guests will need to check out of the resort Monday, September 7th.

Question

Can we bring our children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but unfortunately due to venue limitations and the nature of our events, this will be an adults only celebration with exception to our family.

Question

Should we rent a car?

Answer

Tuscany is very spread out, and public transportation can be limited. If you are planning on exploring the region either before or after the weekend, renting a car is suggested. Just be prepared for winding country roads with stunning views.

Question

Will there be vegetarian or dietary alternatives?

Answer

Absolutely. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP. We will make sure you are well-fed and have plenty of options throughout the weekend.

Question

I have questions about the weekend or travel, who should I reach out to?

Answer

Feel free to reach out to either Brian or Miriam directly or via email: miriambrianwedding2026@gmail.com

Question

Where should we fly into?

Answer

We recommend you fly into Florence or Rome. From Rome, you can easily take the train to Florence or to Siena. Florence is about a one hour drive from the Resort. Siena is about a 20 minute drive. Trains from the airports run very frequently however, we strongly recommend you booking tickets in advance.

Question

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that our guests RSVP by April 1st. We recognize this may be earlier than usual weddings however, to ensure that we have accurate information and accommodations for all of our guests, we ask you to meet this date. Any issues with this please do not hesitate to reach out!

Question

Will we all be staying at the property?

Answer

We have exclusive use of Dievole for the weekend and can comfortably accommodate most of our guests. We strongly encourage you to RSVP promptly to secure your room. Once we reach our maximum capacity, we've arranged a room block at the nearby Borgo Scopeto, with transportation provided to ensure everyone can easily join our celebration. After RSVP-ing, you'll receive a secure payment link for our fixed room cost at Dievole for the weekend.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Question

Where will guests be staying?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Dievole, a beautiful Tuscan estate that can accommodate the majority (if not all) of our guests on-site. Rooms vary in size — most sleep two guests, and a small number can accommodate three. Please note, if on-site accommodations are fully booked, we will arrange rooms at a nearby hotel for remaining guests. On-site accommodations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis based on RSVP date.

Question

How much does on-site accommodation cost?

Answer

The cost for on-site accommodations at Dievole is a flat rate of $325 per room, per night, for a three-night minimum stay. This rate includes: Three nights of lodging at the estate and access to the full property throughout the weekend.

Question

Why is payment required in advance?

Answer

Because Dievole is a private estate buyout, the venue requires that all room payments be collected in advance, rather than at check-in. While this may be different from typical U.S. hotel stays, it is standard practice for destination weddings and villa rentals in Italy. To simplify this process for our guests, we will collect lodging payments directly and manage the arrangements with the venue.

Question

When and how do we pay for accommodations?

Answer

RSVPs are due by April 1st. After RSVPs are finalized, guests staying on-site will receive a secure payment link. Payment will cover the full three-night stay We truly appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to confirm room assignments and finalize plans with the venue.

Question

What if I RSVP after April 1st?

Answer

Due to limited on-site availability, we strongly encourage guests to RSVP as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate everyone, on-site rooms cannot be guaranteed after April 1st. Guests who RSVP later will be provided with a nearby hotel is similar rates. We will provide you with transportation details provided closer to the wedding weekend.

Answer

Summer colors, breezy fabrics, resort style. For the women, sundresses, linen sets, or swimsuits with cover-ups. Men might opt for linen shirts, swim trunks, or lightweight shorts. There is no dress code - wear whatever you are comfortable in!
