Our journey began over 10 years ago in High School. We were neighbors and family friends. Emmanuel always hung out with my sisters and helped wash my parent's cars. My family members would always say "I have to marry Emmanuel", but I would just laugh about it. We grew really close after our summer job in 2010, as we walked home together everyday after work. Our friendship escalated to all night phone conversations, and we eventually realized that we share the same goals, passions and vision. This resulted in us being inseparable. We have witnessed each other achieve every mile stones and have supported each other in accomplishing our dreams as friends, even before we realized we were in love. The one thing that gave us certainty in our decision is our genuine love for God and HIS guidance throughout our long years of friendship. We are certain that because our foundation is sure in God, our union will last forever.

It was my "mother's birthday party". I helped clean, even bought my mother a dress for her birthday party. After everything was organized and the party started, I got dressed. It was an all white party so my mom, who always buys my cloths, had gotten me a white dress. At some point during the party, she called me upstairs for something. After we finished and headed down stairs, there was my groom, on one knee. I said YES and We were officially engaged. It was the perfect disguise, the perfect surprise, It was an amazing proposal and engagement. Looking forward to FOREVER
