Maid of Honor
Ceci is Miranda’s best friend since high school. Our shared experiences growing up and attending Texas A&M has shaped our bond. Whether we are in deep conversations through FaceTime or at our usual food spots, you can almost always sense warmth in our friendship. When I am with Ceci, it takes me back to the nostalgia of our youth. She is my anchor. If you bump into her at the wedding, she might tell you a story or two about me!
Bridesmaid
Atika is Miranda’s former college roommate from Texas A&M. We met at a tutoring session our freshmen year, which kickstarted our usual late-night study sessions at the library and student center. From countless talks and laughs, there is never a dull moment with Atika! She always brings a smile to my face.
Bridesmaid
Mayte is Miranda’s eldest sister. From traveling abroad to cruising on midnight car rides with our fur baby, Coco, Mayte is your go-to person for any kind of trip! Besides Mayte creating all of our travel itineraries, she has been a personal navigator in several areas of my life. Because of her, I learned the importance of standing up for myself. I am thankful to have a sibling I can always count on, especially for our war chest of inside-jokes that no one would understand!
Bridesmaid
Marbel is Miranda’s second oldest sister. When we were younger, our imaginations ran wild. Whether we were competing to jump the highest on the trampoline, or blasting Lil Wayne and Missy Elliot in Marbel's bedroom, we were always having fun in our own world. Even though life looks different now, we still have the best times at family gatherings! Since day one, Marbel has always looked out for me —her advice to embrace life with freedom has stuck with me through the years.
Bridesmaid
Barbara is Miranda's niece. Whether it was me singing and clapping along to Barbara's preschool songs while she sat in a high chair, or her cheering in the crowd as a middle schooler at my college graduation, we have grown together in many ways. While I'm not always up to date with today's teenage slang and trends, I strive to give my fullest support, especially with school. I am proud of you, Ollie. I cannot wait to see all the incredible things you will do!
Bridesmaid
Emily is Miranda’s friend from Texas A&M. We met at a college party, which led to attending Aggie football games and dunking our Aggie rings together — WHOOP! As years pass, our love for dogs and interest to explore new hobbies has brought us closer. Emily always amazes me with the hobbies she picks up — she’s currently learning how to sew!
Bridesmaid
Lindsey is Miranda’s friend from Texas A&M, who Miranda was recently a bridesmaid for. In our freshmen year, we met at Fish Camp along with Lindsey’s twin, Kelsey. We had several classes together including the same scholarship program. As first-generation college graduates, we instantly clicked. Lindsey’s warm-hearted presence always brightens up any space.
Bridesmaid
Yovanka is Miranda’s friend from Texas A&M. We met when I was recruiting members to form a new student organization. Ever since then, our ambitious spirits as first-generation college graduates has led us to make countless memories together. Yovanka is not only the life of the party, but she is someone who constantly inspires me to live life to the fullest.
Bridesmaid
Lupe is Miranda's friend from Texas A&M. We met in a Political Science class. As first-generation Mexican-Americans navigating college and the professional world, our bond has been shaped by the experiences we share. She is one of my closest confidants. Whenever I am with Lupe, we can talk endlessly, which includes me laughing at her funny cat stories!
Bridesmaid
Kelsey is Miranda’s friend from Texas A&M. What began as a nervous conversation during Fish Camp about going into freshman year soon turned into late-night girl talks in our college apartments, a Galveston getaway trip, to now visiting Kelsey's home in Plano. With Kelsey, I always feel moved by her bold spirit —she’s never afraid to speak her mind, and I love that about her!
Best Man
Nicholas is Noah's younger brother and a current Aggie studying accounting. Nick and I used to do everything together growing up, including an interesting stint on the high school tennis team. While Nick did quite well on the court, many of our personal matches ended early with a trip to McDonald's. He is also a master chef who has spoiled the family with his lavish culinary productions, ranging from exotic Indian cuisine to fan-favorite pork tacos!
Groomsman
Cameron is Noah's cousin who works as a welder. He recently moved to Texas from Colorado. Cameron loves skateboarding and is by far the most adventurous in the family! His goal one day is to take a backpacking trip across the entire Pacific West Coast. Life is never boring with Cameron - be sure to talk to him at the wedding if you're looking for some excitement!
Groomsman
Matt is one of Noah's former college roomates from Texas A&M (along with Khang and Ronan). We have gone to countless Aggie football games together over the years, and he even joined us on our latest trip to Europe! Matt is a major history buff, so be sure to ask him at the wedding why World War I was more consequential than World War II.
Groomsman
Khang and I met at Texas A&M. As an Economics major, he loves talking finance and the stock market. Khang is especially proud of the margarita pitchers and pina coladas he would blend for parties. While he won’t be bartending the wedding, be sure to find him if you need a drink suggestion - or to have some fun while enjoying it!
Groomsman
Mitchell is another Aggie who met Noah in one of their Political Science classes freshman year. We hit it off easily and decided to be roommates for the remainder of college. Mitchell is great at working on cars. If you're into classic or antique automobiles, he's your guy to talk to at the wedding.
Groomsman
Ronan is my buddy from the UK whom I met during his study-abroad trip at Texas A&M. We'd go to Aggie football games and later hit up the tikka masala and curry at the Indian restaurant in town. Ever since his year abroad ended, we've continued to meet up on both sides of the pond. Last time, he showed Miranda and I some of the best spots around London.
