Question

Will there be transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

No, we will not be providing any shuttle to the venue. There is plenty of parking and we always recommend to carpool to save time and space!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Ladies, please wear comfortable shoes! We will be married in the grass and reception will follow on a concrete floor pavilion. The dance floor will be grooved-concrete. We recommend a pair of sandals for dancing! Gentlemen, a pair of dress pants and a nice shirt will do, no need for a tux or suit and tie! We'd like everyone to be comfortable in style!

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

It's summer! We are hoping for a beautiful day of sunshine and a nice breeze. We will be covered under fans for most of the time to keep cool. Please keep an eye out on the weather forecast, if there will be rain, please bring an umbrella for your time moving from the car to the pavilion. The wedding will be covered if there is a chance of inclement weather.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 25 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free and will take place directly across from the pavilion. There are handicap accessible spaces and there will be signs to direct you to the designated parking area.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the day. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate the designated guest count listed on your invitation.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The pavilion where our cocktail hour and reception will take place is wheelchair accessible. The ceremony will take place alongside the pavilion in the grass. Please let us know if you have concerns about this and we will do our best to accommodate. There is handicap accessible parking as well.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate ahead of time.
