Wedding Day Film (Teaser)
Thank you for celebrating our special day with us and making it the most memorable day of our lives. From sitting in wet chairs on the ceremony lawn, to laughing and crying during reception walk-outs and parent-child dances, and dancing the night away, we both felt so much love from you. We are truly grateful for the abundance of generosity and kindness of each and every one of you. A lot of you traveled all the way across the country to support us on such a special day, and for that we are so thankful. We can't wait to start the next chapter of our lives and having you share in many memories to come! With love, Amanda & Bryce Miranda xoxo

Their first date was an entire week together.... Let's bring this back a bit. To start this off, Bryce slid into Amanda's DM's (real original, we know). After quickly connecting over a shared love for the gym and Chipotle, long paragraphs were flying back and forth that first evening. Bryce asked Amanda if it would be okay if he just called her (slick way to get her phone number, Bryce). Amanda states, "Nobody ever asks to just hop on the phone anymore. It's all about not double texting and not seeming too eager. Bryce never held back how interested he was in me. I thought it was the most romantic thing." The couple talked on the phone for 8 hours that night. Bryce saved her birthday in his phone calendar and her number as a contact with a heart emoji next to her name. In that conversation, Bryce explained to Amanda that although he was from her hometown, he was stationed across the country. They would meet when he came home for leave from the Marine Corps. Months later, Bryce hopped on a plane from California, and Amanda packed a bag for entire week to visit Martin County from Orlando. She couldn't believe she was packing a bag for an entire week to stay with someone she had never met before. And to stay with his parents, whom she had also never met before. "Love makes you do crazy things. But when you know, you just know." As soon as Amanda pulled in, Bryce was waiting in the driveway for her. The couple hugged. Bryce reflects, "It felt like we had been together for years. That hug was so comfortable and easy." Amanda was introduced to his parents, and they instantly all connected like she was a part of the family. Amanda and Bryce spent the next week adventuring around town, making as many memories as possible. At the end of the week, they decided they would do whatever it took to make a relationship work while Bryce returned back to the Marines facing a deployment. "Because love like this doesn't come around often." Bryce then deployed to the Middle East for over 6 months. "It was the hardest thing I've ever gone through. I visited his parents house often just to sleep in his bed because I missed him so much." After a long mission and not hearing from Bryce for weeks, Bryce told Amanda "I love you. I wanted to wait to tell you in person like you deserve, but I just have to tell you." Once Bryce finally returned from deployment, Amanda flew to California to see Bryce and attend the Military Ball, where she met the Marines that are now in the wedding party. Months later, and over a year into their relationship, Bryce honorably discharged from the Marine Corps. The couple moved in together into an apartment in Downtown Orlando where Amanda worked. Amanda and Bryce laughingly called this their "try before you buy." A year later, they bought a beautiful home together in Port St. Lucie to be closer to their families and where they grew up. They knew this was the place they wanted to root their lives and build a family one day. Less than a year later, Bryce proposed to the future Amanda Miranda!
Three years later, Bryce was absolutely certain Amanda was the one. The duo visited Breckenridge, Colorado with 20 of their best friends for a fun skiing and snowboarding adventure. The day was spent out on the slopes and playing in the snow. That night, under the stars, and surrounded by their closest friends, Bryce got on his knee to propose. Bryce stated, "You're the only woman I could ever want to marry." She declared "Yes!!!" and they celebrated with a sweet kiss on the snow-covered steps as their friends cheered and whistled. "It was such a special moment, and I was completely caught off guard," Amanda reflects. "Not a single ounce of me expected it to happen. I didn't even get my nails done! So shoutout to my cousin Hunter for applying press-on nails so i could show off my ring to everyone back home!" The next morning, some friends helped take a mini engagement photoshoot of the couple at the amazing cabin the group was staying at. Upon throwing snow in the air, the (slightly oversized) engagement ring went missing. Their friends were digging through the snow with cooking utensils, spreading salt on the walk ways, and heating up water in the microwave. Thankfully the couple had the world's best Airbnb host who arrived shortly after with a metal detector. It took an army, but the ring was found! Needless to say, it was one hell of an engagement. And now, the ring is insured!
