Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at Evergreen Gardens at 698 West Pole Road, Ferndale, WA 92848 (about 20 minutes from Bellingham).

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. No jeans or shorts please. It will likely get a little chilly at night so please bring a jacket. Additionally, the venue is a garden with a lot of grass so please choose your shoes accordingly (stiletto heels may be difficult).

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

September is our favorite month in Bellinhgam but the weather can really vary. The average high is 70 degrees and average low is 51 degrees for September 16.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your children but the venue has restrictions and we want everyone to be able to enjoy themselves so we ask that you please leave your kids at home for the evening.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a full dinner, cocktails (for 1 hour), and beer and wine.

Where should guests park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue if you want to drive. There will also be a shuttle provided to and from the venue.

Will transportation be provided to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle to and from the venue. Pickup and drop off will be at the Four Points by Sheraton Bellingham Hotel (714 Lakeway Drive, Bellingham, WA 98229). There will also likely be a drop off in downtown Bellingham.
