What is the weather and climate like in the area?

In Cartagena, Spain, in June, you can expect plenty of sunshine and warm, pleasant weather. Average daytime temperatures are usually around 25–30°C, while the evening temperature ranges from 20–25°C.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Our celebration will take place in sunny Spain this June, so we’d love for everyone to dress in a way that feels colourful, fun, and comfortable. Think light linen suits for men and summer formal dresses for women. Since it will be warm, lighter fabrics are highly recommended.

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults only celebration. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! We will provide transportation from Ona hotel in Mar Menor Golf Resort and from Cartagena city to the ceremony/reception and back, so you can relax and enjoy the evening. If you choose to drive, there is lots of parking on-site at the venue.

Is there transportation to the wedding venue from Murcia City center?

Yes, we will be providing a bus to and from the wedding venue from Murcia City center.

If I don't rent a car, how can I travel? (Taxi information)

Please note, that every city has its own local taxi number and many do not speak english. If you need to pre-book a taxi, your hotel concierge will happily assist you. In addition to our official wedding day, we are organizing a "pre-wedding" celebration with our family from abroad on Wednesday June 10, 2026 in La Manga. If you would like to join this celebration, please arrive before this date.
