Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP on our website for the engagement celebration in California by May 20th. RSVP for the welcome gathering as well as the ceremony and reception by July 22nd.

What is the schedule?
Answer
Our ceremony will START at 5:30pm. Please arrive NO LATER than 5:15pm. Our grand exit will be at 10:30pm.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We would love to have your children celebrate with us, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them at our venue. The reception and ceremony area back up to a cliff that descends to the river and is unsafe for young children.

Where do I stay?
Answer
If you go to our "travel" page, we have recommended hotels in and near downtown Boise that are close to the airport. Airbnb would be another great place to look.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Please dress semi formal. Think sundresses of all lengths and button downs. Our colors are light dusty blue, dark dusty blue, gold, and champagne if you want to match our bridal party and decor:)

How do I get to Fox Canyon Vineyards?
Answer
There are NO UBERS near this venue because it is rural. We will be organizing a shuttle service for guests staying at the Riverside Hotel. If you are staying elsewhere or live in Boise already, please take your own vehicle or carpool and park at the venue. If you want to camp in the venue's parking lot overnight, you may. Trailers are permitted, but there are no hookups.

Where do I park?
Answer
Once you turn onto Fox Canyon Drive, go down the road and there will be a large dirt parking lot on the left with attendants directing you where to go.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The entirety of the wedding will be held outdoors. Idaho can be very hot in August, but there will be plenty of shade to cool off in. You may want to bring a light jacket for the evening. Ladies, we would recommend wearing block heels or flats so you don't sink in the grass!

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. However, we encourage you to take photos at any other time using your regular or POV camera. POV is a virtual disposable camera. You will not have to download an app. Simply scan the QR-codes that will be posted around the venue and a camera will open on your phone. Each guest will be able to take 25 photos from their "point of view" that will be visible to all guests 12 hours after the end of the wedding.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
You can bring cards and small gifts to the venue. If you are purchasing an item from our registry, please send it to the address listed at the top of our registry page.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
We will offer a variety of beer and wine at our wedding, free for our guests.
Question
Will there be a DJ?
Answer
We will have live music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. Our reception will have a DJ.
