The venue will open at 4pm. The ceremony starts at 4:30pm. We ask that you arrive between 4pm and 4:25pm so you can get in and take a seat before the ceremony starts.
Luckily, there is a 25 minute time frame from when the gates open to when the ceremony starts. If you are late though, we ask that you quietly arrive and sit in the back rows, as to not disturb the ceremony.
Yes! There is a parking lot right outside the venue; there is space for about 26 cars, so you may want to carpool!
Yes! Semi-formal please! We want to see everyone dressed their best :)
Yes! We will be catering in food and non alcoholic drinks. An abbreviated menu will be available when RSVPs are sent out.
Please please please let us know if you have food allergies and we will make sure to have dinner for you! We just ask that you make us aware a minimum of 30 days prior to the event, that way we have enough time to make sure there is food available.
Nope! We actually encourage everyone to mix and mingle. After all, this is our new family!
Please RSVP by March 21st, 2022 so we can plan accordingly. Don't worry; we will send out RSVPs around this time. Thank you!
Great question! We don't mind if you take photos, but PLEASE silence and put away all mobile devices during the ceremony, any speeches, first couples dance, father/daughter dance, and mother/son dance. Not only do we want you to enjoy these moments without worrying about a phone, we have hired wonderful photographers and videographers to capture these special moments. If these moments are important enough to you to have photos or videos, feel free to download the photos and video from our media specialists after we post them!
We've chosen to have an intimate ceremony and reception with our closest friends and family. As a result, we have restricted our guest list to 48 people. We would really love to see you and your date together, though, so please reach out and we can have a double date sometime!
Like mentioned above, we've chosen to have an intimate ceremony and reception for our closest friends and family, and our guest list is restricted to 48. Children 3 and older count as guests- and in an effort to fit as many important family and friends into the venue- we ask that you leave your children with your favorite babysitter. We acknowledge that this may be difficult- we want to have your babies included too- but we are grateful for your understanding and effort to find babysitters.
This is a difficult question. The reality is this; we are still amongst a global pandemic and people across the globe are still dying. As of July of 2021, less than half of the US population is fully vaccinated... and the Delta variant is making its rounds through even the fully vaccinated population. Miranda works in a busy emergency room and works intimately with COVID positive patients multiple times per day. Both of us have family members who aren't in great health and would suffer greatly if they caught COVID. Both of us have family members who are in contact with people who arent eligible for vaccination against COVID and thus are at increased risk for complications from COVID. Each person you come into contact with at the wedding will be in contact with a few hundred other people on the regular. So, do you have to wear a mask? Aside from local mandates, we ask that if you are NOT fully vaccinated against COVID... PLEASE wear a mask and practice social distancing. If you ARE fully vaccinated, we will not require you to wear a mask or practice social distancing.
You can text or call Miranda at 314-960-4501 or Craig at 314-561-0812. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
