Parking is available at the hotels for an additional cost per night. I also always suggest the app, SpotHero which finds you the cheapest parking garages in the city!
The ceremony will begin at 3pm sharp. Please plan to arrive at least 15-20 minutes early!
The bridal party will be happy to join guests in the hotel lobby for a welcome drink after their rehearsal and dinner around 830pm. Otherwise, pick a restaurant and enjoy the city the night before!
If your invite included "and Guest", yes.
Yes. A trolley will be bringing the bridal party to the church, photo spots, and to the venue. A shuttle and trolley will begin shuttling guests from the Loew's Main Entrance lobby on Market Street to Downtown Club promptly at 4:00pm. The shuttle will continue to bring guests over to the venue until 6pm. Please also feel free to take a 5 min Uber/Lyft, walk 15 min, or park in one of the many nearby parking structures. You will also find this information in the Shuttle Information enclosure of your invitation.
Black-tie Preferred (ladies are requested to wear floor length gowns and suits or tuxedos are acceptable for men)
We love all your kiddos! But we have decided to keep this event 21+! So unfortunately, no children will be invited to the reception.
If parents are struggling to find child care, we will be happy to provide a well trained sitter to watch the kids in a hotel room.
A menu will provided at your seat and you will choose amongst 4 options the night of!
You will be provided a menu during the reception, and you can inform your waiter regarding your dietary preferences.
The day after we will be meeting up at Yards Brewery in Philadelphia! Feel free to come by if we didn't get enough time together at the wedding and to taste local taps! Parking is accessible on 5th Street in the lot behind the brewery as well as surrounding street parking.
