What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Please arrive early to ensure you have time to find your seat, as our venue cannot accommodate late entries. The reception will immediately follow and ends at 10:30pm.

Please join us in formal attire for our special day. Kindly note that our venue is entirely indoors.

Parking

The Admiral Room offers several parking options including full service valet in nearby parking ramps, as well as self-park options in surrounding surface lots or ramps on Pearl St. and/or Washington St.

Registry / gifts

Answer

In lieu of traditional gifts, we've created a 'Future Fund' to help us begin our journey together, which you can find under the 'Registry' tab on our website. For those who prefer, cash/checks are also welcome and appreciated. We kindly request that you refrain from bringing physical gifts, as our travel arrangements limit our ability to transport them home. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift, and we are so grateful for any contribution to help us start this new chapter together.

Photos / Social Media

Answer

We kindly request that our ceremony be an unplugged event, so we ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony. However, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the reception! While we absolutely love social media, we hope you'll consider fully enjoying the moment and sharing the photos after our wedding. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and reminisce on the photos later!

can i bring a plus one?

We are so excited to celebrate our wedding day with our closest family and friends! Due to constraints, we ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!

are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we kindly request to keep our wedding and reception as an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We hope you understand and we're looking forward to celebrating with you!

Of course! Please enjoy yourself, drink responsibly, and make a plan to get home safely.
