Cocktail Hour

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Cocktail hour will be from 12pm-1pm in the lobby area. Cash bar only. (Please do not bring any outside liquor or you will be escorted out immediately.) There will be chips and salsa, and fruit/berry trays to hold you over until the food is served. PARKING INFORMATION: There are two parking areas to choose from. 1. LOT A is complimentary but you will have to walk to the campus to get to the ballroom. 2. There is the Cornell parking garage closer to the ballroom and it is a $7 charge for the entire day. Early Dinner

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

It is buffet style and we will be serving Green chile chicken enchiladas, bean and cheese enchiladas with red chile (for my vegetarians), adobo rice, jalapeno cornbread, pico de gallo, sour cream, scallions, and cookies. For refreshments there will be cash bars available, iced tea, and iced water. For the children there will be chicken tenders, mac-n-cheese, green beans, cookies and juice boxes.

Dancing

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Put on your dancing shoes and show us your moves as we dance the night away.

The Cash Bar will close by 5pm.

Closing Time

6:00 pm
