When is the last date to book the hotel at the discounted rate of $104/night?

Answer

The last date to book your hotel is September 25. After that, the discount link will no longer work, and rooms cannot be guaranteed.

Is there a Shuttle to the wedding day festivities?

Answer

Yes! The Hilton hotel will provide a shuttle to both the Ceremony at St. Andrews and the Cocktail Hour/Reception at The Watershed in Tempe. There are also plenty of Ubers and Lyfts around town.

What is the Family Gathering event?

Since there is a break between the ceremony and reception, we wanted to make sure that everyone had a place to go and mingle! Angie's parents have graciously offered to host drinks & snacks in their room for Everyone! Please come and get to know each other, have some fun, and relax before the party gets started. We will post the room number as soon as we have it!

What should I wear?

Answer

The weather in Arizona should be perfect - around the low-80's during the day and low 60's at night. The ceremony is being held inside St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church. The reception has both indoor and outdoor spaces, and is on a lake. This is not an overly-formal event, the groomsmen will be in suits and the bridesmaids will be in knee-length dresses. The wedding colors are navy, cabernet, sage green, and grey. Feel free to dress along with the theme, or not! Whatever you choose to wear will be fine :)

Yes! Ariana is in charge of the kid's table, and we have plenty of activities that will keep your little one busy while you dance the night away!
