We are recommending the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Weaverville, NC because it is centrally located between the venue (30 mins) and downtown Asheville (15 mins). We will have a shuttle arranged to pick everyone up from the hotel for the wedding since parking is very limited at the venue. There are many other hotels available in the Asheville area if you're looking for something more luxurious (Omni Grove Park Inn, Grand Bohemian Hotel, Inn on Biltmore Estate), but you will need to make arrangements to get to the Fairfield for the transportation to the wedding. If you're looking for a more "outdoorsy" vacation, there are AirBnBs and vacation rentals available in the Hot Springs, NC area. Hot Springs is very close to the venue but not near downtown Asheville. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have.

We blocked rooms at this hotel and we will have transportation arranged to take guests from the hotel to the wedding and back. Please contact the hotel to secure your room by Friday, September 18. You can book rooms online using our group code “MIN” You can also book over the phone by calling the hotel. This is a brand new hotel opening Thursday, September 3. If you get the answering machine, please leave a voicemail. The manager assured me they will return your call within 24 hours.

We have two buses scheduled to arrive at the Fairfield Inn at 3:15 pm and depart toward the venue at 3:30 pm on Satuday. The buses will be at half capacity so we ask you spread out between the two buses and wear a mask while riding. Return Trip: One bus will pick guests up at the venue to return to the hotel at 9:30 pm and the second bus will pick guests up at 10:00 pm.
