How are you adjusting your plans for COVID and social distancing?

Answer

We will be holding the ceremony outdoors and will have the chairs spread out. Tables will also be spread out outside under cover in case of rain. The weather is expected to be wonderful in late September. We will also provide masks for guests to wear while inside or in a situation where unable to social distance. We will have servers who will be wearing masks and gloves. Additionally, we will have hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re open to suggestions and eager to prioritize safety.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Only a couple spaces which is why we will have transportation arranged to pickup guests at the hotel. If people decide to stay downtown Asheville instead of the Fairfield in Weaverville, we can easily arrange a second pickup/drop off in downtown Asheville.
