We ask that guests arrive at 4:30pm to enjoy a welcome glass of champagne before the ceremony begins at 5pm.

We love meeting new people! But only bring a guest if this is indicated on your wedding invitaion.

Yes, but it must be made with your RSVP or sent directly to Adam/Sara more than 60 days prior to the wedding.

There is plenty of parking around the hotel or across the street including Valet parking at the Shore Lodge.

For those not staying onsite, we ask you plan transportation accordingly. McCall is a small town with limited transportation options. If staying onsite at the hotel, the Shore Lodge offers a shuttle service to multiple locations around town.

Yes! We have a small hotel room block, however if you book online this can be added to the block as well. There is a daily $30 resort fee if staying onsite to cover the amenities of the resort in addition to the room fee. You will need to call (800) 657-6464 to book within the block. If you book outside of the block let us know so you can be added to our block!

Yes! For safety and security, the venue will be checking IDs as needed.
