We're Married!

We met in Ms. Ingram's 7th grade social studies class. At first we were acquaintances but being friends became inevitable because Asians stick together in suburb America. One of our fondest memories was when Lexxi stole my Spanish index cards as a joke, not realizing they were for one of my assignments. Thinking that I misplaced them, she returned them to me 3 weeks later. I still haven't forgiven her. Just kidding, she felt really bad and I still give her a hard time for it.

We drove 20+ hours with our friends to Colorado only for the ski slopes to close due to COVID as we were pulling into our AirBnB. As a last ditch effort to save the trip, we decided to go hiking instead. Minh mentioned earlier that the ring hadn't been finished yet and we almost canceled the trip so I had no expectations. As we got up to Sapphire Point, Minh dropped to one knee and pulled the ring out. To be honest, I don't remember him even asking but he says he did. Yes, I cried.
