Wedding Party

Khanh Nguyen

Best Man

Khanh and the Groom are fated to be with each other. They used to be neighbors, they went to high school and college together, and they are marrying into the same family - Khanh's wife, Chloe, is the Bride's sister! Khanh helped the Groom through some of his toughest times back in college, and was the voice of reason that have kept the Bride and the Groom together until now. Khanh and the Groom often talk about video games, share memes and dad jokes, and argue about who's the favorite son-in-law, even when they are 8,000 miles apart.

Thao (Chloe) Nguyen

Maid of Honor

Chloe and the Bride are sisters and best friends since birth. They grew up together and lived in the same room for 18 years. She was the one that introduced the Groom and the Bride together and helped them through a million ups and downs. Even now when they are grown-ups, living in different places, and going on their own paths, they still share everything and would do anything for each other.

Minh Nhu

Groomsman

The Groom's little brother, Minh is almost the opposite of his older bro: handsome, quiet, and actually funny. While the Groom and his brother used to fight a lot, being away from home for a long time taught the Groom to appreciate his younger sibling, who grew up to be a kind, caring and loving young man. They share interests in basketball, Reddit memes, and annoying their mother.

Phuong-Anh Nguyen

Bridesmaid

Phuong-Anh is the Bride's second sister. She is the one who feed the Bride and lend her clothes unconditionally lol (Yes the Bride doesn't seem to know how to take care of herself). She's smart, outspoken, yet loving and kind-hearted. Even with a 9-year age gap and certain differences, they would always protect and support each other.

Nam Phan

Groomsman

Nam and the Groom met in college - Nam's first impression of the Groom was actually not that great, as Nam thought the Groom was too talkative (true) and just overall annoying (also true). However, after getting to know each other more closely, they quickly became good friends. Nam is the source of endless entertainment for the Groom - for example, he shaved his head as a bet just so everyone could get to see the Groom in blonde hair.

Ran Chen

Bridesmaid

Ran and the Bride went to the same college (Go Baruch!), shared an office for only less than a year, and became each other's best best friends. They always protected each other at work and helped each other grow both professionally and personally. The 8,000 miles from New York to Hanoi would not stop them from being friends forever.

Minh Nghiem

Groomsman

The Groom's childhood friend, Minh has known the Groom since they were three - they went to the same kindergarten; elementary, middle and high school; and college. They even lived together in college for three years! Minh is like a brother to the Groom - they don't have to talk all the time, but when shit hits the fan they will always have each other's back.

Phuong (Ricky) Nguyen

Bridesmaid

Ricky is the Bride's high school BFF. High school was the weirdest time, and the Bride owed her survival to Ricky. She was the "grown-up" in the group, someone to confide in and always so patiently calmed the Bride's nerve. Do not let her size fool you, she would kick your butt in soccer, and is one strong woman that the Bride always look up too.

Duc Nguyen

Officiant

Duc might not look the part, but he is going to be our officiant! Sharing the same name, being friends since grade 1 and now working together, Duc and the Groom are partners in work and in crime. He has been through many ups and downs with the Groom, and understands the most the struggles that the Groom and the Bride are dealing with after coming back to Vietnam. We are very happy and honored that Duc will perform our ceremony.
