FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual! For women, think a nice spring dress or blouse and skirt or nice jumpsuit. For men, think a button-down shirt tucked into a pair of slacks, khakis, or nice dark jeans. If you are wanting to be "on-theme", the theme is Western Wildflower, so florals, bolo ties, cowboy boots, or cowboy hats are definitely welcome, but not required :)

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00, so feel free to arrive 4:30-4:50 so there is enough time to take your seats.

Question

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in a pavilion, so it may be chilly. Outdoor heaters and blankets will be around, but the average temps should be around 60-65! I'd bring a layer for later in the evening.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot down below the ceremony site, with a gravel path up to it. If you have mobility issues, let us know and we can give you directions to more accessible parking.

Question

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will be serving wine, beer, and two signature cocktails. All drinking-age guests will get a token for one drink. Anything after that will be a cash bar. Please enjoy responsibly :)

Question

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! Dinner will be buffet-style, catered by Pinoy Oriental. Very tasty Philipino/Chinese food :)
