Welcome Party

7:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Attire Suggestion: Dressy Casual (Dresses, dress shirts and pants). We will be outdoors if weather permits.

We welcome our wedding party and out of town guests to Louisville! We will have a few of our favorite things- a taco bar, cocktails, music, and s'mores around a fire (weather permitting).

Wedding

5:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire Suggestion: Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses or longer dresses. Derby hats/fascinators welcome!

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate young children at this event - thank you for your understanding. This date is also a racing day at Churchill Downs. This means parking spots may be limited. We encourage you to use our shuttle from the Galt House Hotel or take an Uber or Lift. If parking, the Derby Museum recommends the Black Parking Lot. There will be 2 Shuttles leaving from the Galt House at 4:30-4:45 pm and returning to The Galt House after the reception ends.
