Yes! We’ve chosen indoor venues for all parts of the celebration (ceremony, reception and dinner)!

What Time Should Guests Arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive earliest 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM, and there will be an indoor waiting area with water available before guests are seated.

What Will The Weather Be Like?

Answer

Phoenix in late August is hot! Expect daytime highs around 103–105 °F (39–40 °C) and evenings in the low 80s °F (27–28 °C). Humidity is usually low, and the sun sets around 7:00 PM. Even though all events are indoors, if you’ll be outside at any point, stay cool!

Is there parking available for our guests?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception venues offer free parking. At the ceremony location you’ll arrive through a gate with a guard; simply state you’re attending the wedding.

How and by when should I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP online via our wedding website by Friday, June 26, 2026. Please indicate whether you will be attending. At that time, if you or anyone in your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions, kindly let us know so we can ensure your comfort. Meal selections will be made at the reception, and vegetarian/ vegan options will be available.
