This will be an adult only Ceremony and Reception.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest then yes. Unfortunately we are limited with the number of guests that can attend due to the venue restrictions.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal/Cocktail Attire Requested. Suits or Slacks and Jackets for Men and Cocktail Dresses or Formal Dresses for Women are suitable. Please avoid wearing white or burgundy. Please no hats, jeans or casual clothing.

What time should I arrive before the Ceremony?

You can arrive as early as 5:00 pm.

Can we take photos during the Ceremony?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony and ask that you allow the Photographer to capture the special moments.

Is the Ceremony Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will be outdoors on the greens/lawn behind the Fox Classic Room.

Which banquet room should we look for?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will take place in the Fox Classic Room at the back of the property. Please note that Fox Hills has three banquet rooms. If you are driving, please follow the signs for the Fox Classic room and you will see more signs to guide you to the appropriate area.

Parking at the Venue

Complimentary onsite parking is available at Fox Hills Golf & Banquet Center. You can also use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft. If you are a guest of the hotel, you can access the shuttle and we will have the times posted soon.

How can I reserve my hotel room?
