Rooms are all-inclusive, and the booking is automatically set for 2 guests. If you’d like to change the number of guests, you can do so under the occupancy section. Flight

Cancun

Please book your flight into Cancun International Airport (CUN) for July 31–August 3, 2026. Jack and Katie will be flying out of BWI, but feel free to choose whichever airport is easiest for you. A nonstop flight is the way to go if you can find one! Flights usually open about 10–11 months in advance. To get the best fares and options, we recommend booking between February and May 2026.

Passport

Use the link provided or go to your local post office to obtain or renew your passport. U.S. passport renewal or application processing usually takes about 4-6 weeks. If you need it quicker, expedited service is available and typically takes 2-3 weeks. To avoid stress, it’s safest to renew or apply no later than three months before your trip (April 2026).
