If you're sharing a room, plan to budget approximately $1,200 per person for your stay. This includes all meals, drinks, and accommodations—no need to worry about extras once you arrive! We’ll update this page with flight details as soon as they become available.

What dates am I required to come?

Answer

There isn’t a strict requirement, but we do have events planned each day and recommend a 3-night stay from July 31st–August 3rd at minimum, since you are traveling far. Jack and Katie will be arriving on July 30th (maybe even a little earlier!) and would love to kick things off with you then. Of course, you’re more than welcome to come a day early or extend your stay if you’d like to soak up a little more Mexico.

You are welcome to book your room now, and doing so as soon as possible will help ensure the best rates, widest selection of rooms, and greater availability. For the best balance of price and options, we recommend booking between October 2025 and February 2026.
