No, you must book through our travel agent. Otherwise you won't be considered a part of our group.

What is the estimated cost of the trip?
Answer
If you're sharing a room, plan to budget approximately $1,200 per person for your stay. This includes all meals, drinks, and accommodations—no need to worry about extras once you arrive! We’ll update this page with flight details as soon as they become available.

Are we required to stay the entire time from August 1st to August 4th?
Answer
Yes — there is a 3-night minimum from August 1–4. But if you’re making the trip to Mexico, why not come a day early? Jack and Katie arrive July 31st and would love to kick things off with you then! You can also extend your stay if you want.

Do we need a passport?
Answer
Yes! Passport renewals can take: 6–8 weeks with regular service 2–3 weeks with expedited service (extra fee) Mailing times can add another 1–2 weeks each way. To be safe, we recommend guests renew passports by March 2025, especially if they plan to use regular processing.

When should we book our flight?
Answer
Our resort requires flight info by May 23, 2025, but we strongly recommend booking your flight before May 1st. Booking early helps you: Find better deals Sort out any passport issues Avoid last-minute stress The sooner, the better—we’ll send reminders along the way!
