What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal or festive attire. Think cocktail dresses, winter florals, or holiday chic. For men, suits or dress slacks are preferred. Boots are welcome, and if you need to wear jeans, please make sure they’re your nicest pair. We love reds and greens! ❤️💚

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be under a heated tent. Dress warmly and stylishly! The ground is turf, so choose footwear accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin exactly at 3:30 PM. Guests arriving late will be asked to wait until cocktail hour to join, so please arrive early enough to park and be seated.

Where should I park?

There’s a free parking garage just a 3-minute walk from the venue. Street parking is also available. We encourage using ride shares if possible!

We love your littles, but this will be an adults-only evening. Enjoy your night out!

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! There will be appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by dinner, dessert, and plenty of drinks.

While we don’t have a hotel block, we highly recommend The Ruby Hotel — it’s cozy, festive, and close to the venue!

Are there any fun holiday things to do nearby?

Answer

Yes! Round Rock and Georgetown both have holiday markets, lights displays, caroling, and Christmas cheer throughout the weekend. It’s a magical time to visit!

What if the weather is bad?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration will go on! We’ll have tented areas and heating, but check the forecast and dress comfortably for the weather.
