Welcome Event

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Important info, especially for guests new to Vinalhaven: Sunset is at 6:30; it will be dark by 7 pm. Temperature will be around 60 degrees. We are on the water, making it feel cooler; maybe rainy- Gathering is outdoors on wharf with 1” gaps between boards; ground is uneven. Dress is casual – wear sturdy shoes and bring layers 😊 There will be scattered chairs and tables, but no formal seating.

A casual gathering for all family and invited guests for Molly & Sam’s Wedding Hosted by: Steve Rosen & Alice Bissell in honor of Molly & Sam Where: 57 Round the Mountain Road, Steve’s wharf at the end of the road on Right. People are welcome to come and go – no formal schedule Timing and Menu: 5 pm – drinks (wine, beer, assorted beverages) and snacks/appetizers 5:30-7:30 pm – light dinner food, buffet style Crab & Lobster rolls (Alice & Steve) Ali’s Pizzas (Ali Ramee) Mac & Cheese (Chelsea White) Assorted Salads (Potluck) Cookies/brownies (?) 7:30-9 pm – people are welcome to hang out Restrooms: There are none on the site. A bathroom is in Alice & Steve’s house 400’ up the road at 31 Round the Mtn. Parking: This is a narrow street with limited parking along one side. Please leave the spaces closest to the wharf for those who need them. Carpooling is appreciated, especially if you can offer rides to visiting guests without cars.

Wedding Ceremony

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

Ceremony starts promptly at 4 so please arrive by 3:45 to be seated.

Brunch

9:30 am - 11:30 am

We'll have a continental breakfast back at the house for our guests traveling from out of town. Please come say goodbye before catching the ferry home!
