Due to the small size of our wedding venue, are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your children, our wedding will be adults-only. This is mainly to ensure that all our guests can relax and enjoy the celebration without any distractions or interruptions. We hope you understand and can make arrangements for a night out without the little ones.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that guests secure their own transportation to and from the wedding/reception. Ubers/Lyfts and cabs are easily accessible and affordable from just about anywhere in Chicago and all of the lodging options listed on our "Travel" page. Free parking is available for those who choose to drive.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is free parking for the event available in the Hayt Elementary School parking log (1518 W. Granville Ave), which is about 2.5 blocks or a 6 minute walk from the venue. Additional free or metered street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Doors open at 5:30 for guests to find their seats. Please be mindful to arrive on time and allow extra time for parking and unpredictable Chicago traffic. Our estimated transportation times listed on he "Travel" page do not account for traffic or events in Chicago. For example, the Cubs are in town all weekend and traffic surrounding Wrigleyville may impact those coming from downtown or Hotel Lincoln. Please check google maps for real-time estimations and plan accordingly!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course! When you send in your RSVP, you will have an opportunity to let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions our caterer should be aware of!

Is the event inside or outside?
Answer
Weather permitting - we will get married outside in the garden with dinner and reception indoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony may be moved indoors.
