|   Our Story   |

We met in Elizabeth's first year living in NYC. With Ryan finishing his last semester of law school & Elizabeth in the process of a career change, we took our time getting to know one another. Recognizing our patience with each other's schedules, our mutual love of adventure, and the friendship we had built, we both knew we had met our match.

During our first 2 years together, we bonded over shared passions for hiking, culture, food, & travel. Year 3 was the true test: long-distance in the midst of a pandemic. While times were tough, we are thrilled to report that our love remained strong!

Ryan ended 2022 with a bang by popping the question during a beautiful walk on the beach. In true "Ryan humor", he pretended to drop the ring in the ocean, while Elizabeth replied "did you at least get insurance?"
And the rest is history!
