No, we decided not to reserve blocks of a particular hotel's rooms to allow more freedom of choice to best fit your needs.
To help us with planning, we politely request that you RSVP as soon as you are able to and within a timely manner. The deadline to RSVP is December 1st, to allow us plenty of time in obtaining a final guest count for planning purposes.
Parking is available on the premises of the venue itself; there is plenty of parking and there will be parking attendants to guide you upon entering & exiting the wedding. When following your maps to locate the venue upon arrival, be on the lookout for the "Baker's Ranch" sign at the end of the road/drive, as it can often be overlooked/missed!
We recommend that you arrive around 15-20 minutes prior to start of ceremony which is at 4:30 pm (so plan to arrive around 4:10-4:15), to allow plenty of time to find a seat and settle down before proceedings.
The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, with cocktail hour outdoors as well over grass and a covered and paved area. The reception will take place indoors. Natural bug spray/repellent will be automatically dispensed throughout the property to keep bugs at bay.
Recommended attire would be semi-formal/cocktail attire. This will be during Florida's "winter" which can get chilly (temperatures throughout the day and night can range from low 70s to upper 50s).
While we love your little ones, we hope you understand that this is an adult-only event (with the exception of a few select from the bride's immediate family). Thank you for your understanding!
