FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Once invitations have been sent, we kindly ask that you RSVP to each event as soon as possible to help us with our planning. The final deadline to respond is Saturday, August 22. Please submit your response using the RSVP tab above.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:15 pm. We recommend that you arrive about 20-30 minutes early to give yourself time to park and take the shuttle or walk to the venue and find your seat.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking at the Anderson Heritage Center is limited to about 20 spots, so we kindly ask that those be saved for our elderly and disabled guests. Additional parking is available just down the road at Ayer Elementary School, a quick 5 minute walk away. We’ll also have a shuttle running at the beginning and end of the event for anyone who’d prefer a ride.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The Wedding Ceremony and Reception is Formal attire. The Welcome Party is causal attire. Please refer to our schedule page for additional information or contact us if you have any other questions.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Our Ceremony and Reception will both be outside. The Ceremony will be held on the lawn and not covered while the Reception will be on a paver patio covered by a tent.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and turned on silent. We want our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you! Once the ceremony is over, please take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear on the RSVP website. Thank you for understanding!
